Bell Athletics had a rather successful meet this past weekend at the U.S.A. Indoor National Championships. The biggest moment of the meet was the performance by Jeff Hartwig. Jeff Hartwig Vaulted 5.80m (19-0.25) to win the men's pole vault. This was Jeff's second Indoor National Title and his sixth overall.

More amazing than the handfull of National Championships, is the string of 19 foot or better jumps Jeff has had throughout his career. This particular meet marks the 102nd meet Jeff has jumped at least 19 feet. It is also the 12th season in a row that he has jumped that mark.

"I am the king of the world. All others must bow before me." Hartwig claims. Ok, he did not actually say that, but I think everyone else at Bell Athletics would agree should he make that statement.

Another Highlight from the meet was Andree' Pickens P.R. jump of 14-1.25 to finish in 6th place. This marks the second time that Pickens has cleared the 14 foot mark this season.
