6:30     Pole Vault Talk

                        -How to Make Adjustments

 

7:00     Second Jump Session

                        -6, 8 steps with video

 

10:00   Down Time

 

 

Day 2

 

8:00     Breakfast

 

9:00     Pole Vault Talk

                        -Hit the pocket and the importance of torque

 

9:30     PV “Drills”

                        -Walk Plants and Rings

 

10:00   Video Analysis

 

11:30   Lunch Break

 

1:00     Time Machine Speed Testing

 

1:30     Third Jump Session

                        -8, 10, 12 steps.  Work on what we learned from video analysis.

 

5:00     Dinner Break

 

6:30     Pole Vault Talk

                        -Rule Book and Poles

 

7:00     Fourth Jump Session

                        -PR Meet

 

10:00   Down Time

 

 

Day 3

 

8:00     Breakfast

 

9:00     Pole Vault Talk

                        -The Run, Speed Mark, and Mid Mark

 

9:30     Final Jump Workout

                        -Jump till you drop/Special Education Session

 

12:30   End of Camp.
